Anger management

Anger in itself is just an emotion like any other, but it the way we express anger which determines whether it is appropriate. Often this behaviour arises from role models in our childhoods or from a feeling of being out of control in situations. The therapist by working on past issues teaches the client to express his anger in an appropriate manner, take responsibility for his actions, to listen to the other person and stay in the moment, rather than bringing up past issues.
