Hypnosis is effective with reframing any unrealistic anxiety that the client has regarding the need to sleep, addressing any worries that are keeping them awake and encouraging good sleep habits. Cognitive behaviour techniques can also be built into the hypnotherapy in order to encourage good sleep.
